A word from our CEO:
Driving the future of digital connectivity
At TASC Towers, we build, own, and operate shared telecom infrastructure that helps mobile operators expand coverage efficiently and at scale. Our role is straightforward: we provide the physical foundation that mobile networks depend on, so operators can focus on delivering connectivity to the communities they serve.
We are now taking a major step forward with our announced acquisition and merger of over 35,000 tower assets from Zain and Ooredoo across six MENA markets. This combination will improve capital efficiency for operators, enhance reliability across our portfolio, and establish TASC as a truly regional TowerCo of scale, serving all operators on a neutral basis.
Our mission guides us daily: to provide passive infrastructure as a service under an independent, neutral host model. We do this through disciplined operations, strong safety standards, and a continuous focus on efficiency, enabling mobile operators to extend connectivity while reducing duplication and improving energy use across our markets.
The MENA region stands at an inflection point for digital infrastructure. Demand for mobile data is growing at double-digit rates year over year, and operators need partners who can deliver reliable, cost-effective infrastructure at pace. That is exactly what we are built to do. By consolidating tower assets under a single, independent platform, we reduce redundancy, lower the cost of network expansion, and create a more sustainable model for the entire industry.
Sustainability is not a side initiative for us, it is embedded in our operating model. Shared infrastructure means fewer towers, fewer generators, and a smaller environmental footprint. As we scale, we are investing in hybrid power solutions, improving energy efficiency across our sites, and working toward measurable reductions in carbon emissions. We believe that responsible growth and commercial performance are not at odds, they reinforce each other.
We are also deeply committed to the markets we operate in. In Iraq, Jordan, and across the region, we are not just building towers, we are enabling economic participation, digital inclusion, and opportunity. Connectivity changes lives, and the infrastructure we deploy today will shape the region's digital landscape for decades to come.
For our customers, partners, regulators, and communities, our standard is clear: we move quickly when a site is needed, and we ensure it performs reliably every day. That is the commitment we make, and it is the standard by which we ask to be measured.
